How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing time for personalized items may take an additional 2-3 business days before shipment.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift?
Yes! Every order from Lu Lu's Gift Company includes the option to add a custom handwritten note at checkout to make your gift extra special.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.
Will there be a receipt inside the package?
Since many of our orders are gifts, we never include a physical invoice or pricing information inside the box. You will receive your digital receipt via email.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
